- The Indian government has asked state-run telecom operator BSNL to submit an enquiry report involving WiMAX allocation deal to DoT (Department of Telecommunications) by April 30, 2011, according to an April 7, 2011 report by the Business Standard. BSNL selected Teracom, Take Solutions, Adishwar India, and Ampoules in early 2010 to provide WiMAX services in 16 cities in India.
